Reed in Partnership

Since 1998, Reed in Partnership has specialised in programmes designed to break down the barriers to employment that our diverse client groups face.  We have a proven ability to create flexible solutions to local issues, creating a multitude of  paths to employment and inclusion.

We have a strong employer network, drawing on the Reed family of businesses' 50 years of recruitment experience. Since our launch we have helped over 115,000 people into employment and worked with more than 10,000 employers, ranging from local businesses to large national corporations.

To achieve this we develop both national partners, and local partners, from within the communities which we serve. Working with employers, Jobcentre Plus, specialist agencies and local partners, we help the long-term unemployed overcome whatever obstacles they face getting a job.

When people are out of work one of the hardest things to believe is that people really can get a job and all the benefits that go with it. Every day Reed in Partnership helps hundreds of people realise how much better off they could be by working.

We are one of the few organisations in our sector to achieve the Investors in People (IiP) standard. This demonstrates, through a rigorous externally benchmarked process, our commitment to the development and training of our staff; our commitment to involving staff in our decision making as a business; our commitment to providing career progression to all who work for us; and the quality of our people management systems and processes.

We recognise that highly talented applicants look for employers that can demonstrate the quality of their people management and hope that our achievement of the Investors in People standard helps you decide that a career with Reed in Partnership is the right choice for you.
