Reed in Partnership achieves Investors in People (IiP) status
Reed in Partnership is delighted to announce that we have achieved Investors in People status. We have been working hard over the last 12 months to demonstrate our commitment to staff, our systems to progress, coach, monitor and develop staff and on our corporate values which demonstrate the way in which we want to work.
Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management business improvement standard which helps to deliver improved performance to thousands of organisations. To gain this standard, a sample of staff from across the business were interviewed by Investors in People assessor over 3 days in November. Following this assessment, we are delighted to now be recognised for our business improvements through the investment we have made in our people.
The award goes to show that Reed in Partnership continually strives to deliver the best for its staff as well as its customers. We are really proud of the staff-led initiatives that have driven business innovations over the last year, and look forward to embracing new challenges as our business grows. Although we have now achieved the IiP standard, we will continue to develop on our progress this year and are aiming to be recognised as 'Investors in People Gold' within the next two years.
