Reed Apprenticeships offer Apprenticeships to all age groups. Our main office is based in London. We support Apprenticeship delivery in Customer Service, Childcare, Management, Business Administration and Health & Social Care.

Employer Engagement
Brokers trained in Training Needs Analysis engage SME and large employers, across a range of sectors.
Learner Support
Learners undergo a comprehensive Initial Assessment, which assesses abilities and attitudes to learning and helps ensure the suitability of the programme and informs the individual learning plan.
Learners are inducted onto the programme, ensuring they have all the information that they need to enjoy and complete their programme successfully.
Learning is supported by a range of materials and workshops, specifically developed to support the Apprenticeship.
Learners receive visits on a monthly basis and for learners with additional learning needs, dedicated visits are arranged to give one to one support for literacy and numeracy, over and above the monthly assessment/learning visit.
Quarterly/monthly progress reviews are completed with each learner and employers are involved in this process to ensure their full support.
