Hackney Ways to Work
Through our partnership with Hackney Council, Reed in Partnership is providing employability and skills support to help Hackney’s long-term unemployed into sustainable work.
What does the Hackney Ways into Work contract involve?
Supporting the long-term unemployed – the programme supports 16-24 year olds who have been out of work for over 6 months and with Hackney residents over 25 who have been out of work for over a year
Focus on sustainability – we will support customers for up to 26 weeks after they have started in work.
Our operational teams will support almost 500 people into work through this programme and will support many more people to gain and update their skills as well as gain work experience.
