Is this job at Reed in Partnership, or will I be working at one of your client companies?

This is an internal position at Reed in Partnership.

I do not have experience in welfare-to-work. Can I still apply to be a Recruitment Manager?

I have met some of the requirements described in the "Who we're looking for" section, but not all of them. Can I still apply?

In general, a candidate would need to meet all of the requirements listed in this section in order to be considered.

What are the working hours?

Standard working hours at Reed in Partnership are Monday to Friday, from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, with a one hour lunch break.

Will you consider me if I meet your requirements but can only work part-time hours?

Unless otherwise stated, all roles will have full-time working hours. Therefore we will not be able to consider candidates interested in working part-time hours only.

 I am currently a student but will finish my studies before starting work. Can I still apply for this role?

There is no restriction in you applying, however please note that we will normally require a successful candidate to start within a reasonable period of time after being made an offer. Hence we suggest you only make an application if you are able to work full-time hours and your studies do not affect this.

How much of my time will be spent on the road?

Part of your role requires diary management which will allow you to meet with potential partner employers, to generate opportunities for the Members on our programmes. Hence in order to be successful as a Recruitment Manager you may need to travel on a regular basis to meet new and existing clients, however there are going to times when you will need  to work out of the office also.
