Overview
The Reed Graduate Training Scheme is a three year rotational scheme designed to help you learn about every aspect of the company and gives you the opportunity to work in a variety of roles across the different parts of Reed. Many of our new Graduate Trainees work at Reed in Partnership in their first year on the scheme. Here they take on the role of Employment Adviser, a challenging yet highly rewarding role which involves breaking down the barriers that people face when returning to work. After this Graduate Trainees can go on to complete placements in departments such as charity management, HR, marketing, and project management.
Alongside being given responsibility from day one Reed will also invest in your future by sponsoring you to study towards a professional qualification, proving a structured induction and training programme, and ensuring that you receive one-on-one mentoring from a Director.
The Reed Graduate Training Scheme is an integral part of our future strategy and has produced three of our six Managing Directors and numerous senior managers. For those eager to develop a career in the Welfare to Work industry the Reed Graduate Scheme offers an unrivalled springboard for success.
