Overview

Managing all aspects of this busy office’s day-to-day operations, you’ll make sure that we exceed every quality, performance and sales target we’re set. In short, we need you to ensure that everyone we work with – be they local employers or people on our programmes – enjoys an exceptional service. All the time, you’ll build a collaborative and co-operative culture in which individuals work together to achieve shared goals.
 
With a background of sales management within a target-driven environment, your experience will include carrying out performance development reviews, overseeing financial resources, driving continuous improvement and managing external relationships. Just as important though, you must be able to instil an uncompromising ‘quality-first’ ethos across the business. This role represents the next step on the career ladder for an experienced Employment Adviser.
