Overview

You’ll play an important role in this busy and fast moving office – processing cheques and BACS transactions, issuing payments, inputting data, keeping records up to date and plenty more. Of course, it’s vital that all of this is carried out with 100% accuracy and to strict timescales, so you must be happy to work to targets and within set guidelines.

You’ll also need to be a confident communicator, and your experience should include dealing with colleagues and customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Excellent PC skills are important too, particularly using MS Excel. Last but not least, you should be very well organised and able to prioritise a rapidly changing workload.
