Overview
This vital role will see you check that the files, documents and data we produce comply with our own guidelines and the requirements of contracts. But we need you to take a wider view too – analysing trends, supporting audits, monitoring processes and producing key reports. Your goal in all of this will be to make sure that we deliver 100% quality in everything we do.
A good deal of your time will be spent coaching and training colleagues – either one-to-one or within workshops. So strong presentation and communication skills are important, combined with the highest standards of integrity. You should also be a good time manager with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise a wide-ranging workload within this fast-paced environment.
