To be a successful Employment Trainer, we are looking for applicants that will bring strong people skills to the role coupled with an extensive background in delivering and evaluating training interventions.
To apply for this position you must:
- Have experience of working to targets - this could be formal sales targets, meeting government targets or ensuring training courses that you have run are well attended
- Have significant experience of delivering courses/working in a training environment OR hold a recognised teaching/training qualification
- Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs at A-C grade, including Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Be legally entitled to live and work in the UK indefinitely
