Our selection process is designed to assess your suitability to join us as either a Personal or Specialist Adviser.

These processes allow us to determine whether you have the required capabilities and experience to ensure success in the role and will require you to progress through five seperate stages.
We understand that as a candidate it can be very frustrating to not be updated on the progress of your application, and so we endeavour to move you through the process as quickly as possible, letting you know when you can next expect to hear from us and contacting you after every stage to inform you of the outcome, irrespective of whether you are successful or not.
