Assessment
Successful applicants who pass through the testing stage will be invited to an assessment centre. This will include a variety of exercises including: a competency based interview, presenting a lesson plan (details of which are provided prior to the assessment centre so you can prepare in advance) and finally designing a learning plan on the day in response to the training needs of one of our clients.
