Hiring Manager Screening
If you successfully pass the previous stages your CV will then be passed on to hiring manager for the vacancy. They will review your CV and make a decision as to whether they would like to invite you for an Interview (which could be telephonic and/or face-to-face) or Assessment Centre, depending on the type of role.
