Online Checks and Tests
If you meet the minimum criteria, you will then be asked to complete a Credit Check form. This involves completing a short authorisation form and also a personality test (Giotto). This is carried out online and the results will be sent directly to us.
We are required to credit check all applicants prior to invitation to interviews. This is because of the agreements we have with the Department for Work and Pensions relating to how we carry out our recruitment processes. The personality test is used to help us better understand your preferred working style and whether this would be suited to the working environment at Reed in Partnership.
Some of our roles require candidates to complete a Verbal and Numerical Reasoning Tests as well as the Personality test.
