If you pass the telephone interview stage of the recruitment process we will require you to complete a credit check and psychometric test. These are both carried out online and you will need to successfully pass both in order to progress to the next stage. The credit check requires you to fill out a short authorisation form and the psychometric test can be completed within 20 minutes.
 
We are required to credit check all employees as our staff have access to public funding and can be responsible for disbursing it to programme participants as part of their duties. The psychometric test is used to help you better understand your preferred working style and can help determine whether or not you would be suited to the work environment at Reed in Partnership.
